Experience
What is the Thrive Experience?
Curriculum
THRIVE uses an expertly developed curriculum refined over the years to give every student skills and confidence for the next step in their life. We are dedicated to the social, emotional and academic development of every child in our care. We put your child on the path of success.
Fun-filled Days
Young children learn best when they’re having fun! The flexibility built into our curriculum allows our teachers to modify learning activities to match the interests, needs, and learning styles of each student. Your child's first educational experiences will be engaging, challenging, and fun so thatthey develop a lifelong love of learning and look forward to coming to school! We want your child to Thrive each day.
Thrive Environment
Environment is one of the most important aspects to a child thriving. You could take the best seed, plant it in the best soil, but if the environment is wrong, that seed will not thrive. It is the same for children. We make sure that the environment for your child is a THRIVE Environment. Children flourish in environments where they feel comfortable and safe. Our THRIVE environment reduces tension and makes it easier for young children to transition successfully from home to school. We use calming colors, pillows, warm fabrics, and soft lighting to create a nurturing environment where children can relax and feel at home. Our families know their children are getting the finest education from nurturing professionals who make each child’s well-being their life’s work.
Parent and Thrive Working together
Children thrive when there’s a strong partnership between school and home. We want our values and emphasis to support your parenting. We understand clearly you are the parent and we are not. It seems the trend for education has been to usurp a parent’s beliefs and expose children to ideas parents disagree with. We hold fast to the firm idea we are an institution of learning, we do not attempt to be the parent. We begin by understanding your beliefs and desires for your child. Using an interview and questionnaire, we identify your core values as a parent so we have a clear unique understanding for each unique child. Our schools have an open-door policy and we encourage our parents to visit at any time. We also offer a variety of communication pieces to keep parents informed about their child’s day and their overall academic progress. As part of our commitment to keeping our families happy, we do a survey twice a year to gauge your satisfaction and loyalty. We know the decision to use childcare is a difficult one. Here is a great article to help you on your quest.
